"I founded Impact Therapy & Wellness with a simple mission: to help people of all ages and abilities feel empowered in their daily lives through movement and fitness. After years of working in traditional therapy settings, I recognized the need for an individualized, whole-person approach - one that supports people not just in recovering function, but in maintaining it.

With a masters of science in occupational therapy from Florida International University, I began my OT career looking for ways to expand my impact to clients outside of the traditional therapy setting. I became Rock Steady Boxing certified in 2023 for Parkinson's Disease, which further ignited my passion for community-based therapy. I now specialize in holistic occupational therapy, Parkinson's-specific programming, fall prevention, and adaptive fitness for all abilities. I am dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, celebrating every milestone, and helping them stay active and independent longer. At Impact Therapy & Wellness, our mission is to empower our community to take charge of their health and live life to the fullest through a proactive therapeutic approach.

In my free time, I enjoy teaching my young puppy new tricks, diving into a new craft, or cheering on the Florida Gators!"
