Private Pay
Our cash-pay services are guided by Medicare reimbursement standards and thoughtfully adjusted to reflect the true cost of providing high-quality occupational therapy. This approach allows us to offer flexible scheduling, longer sessions, and individualized care in your home or community without insurance restrictions or visit limits.

Medicare Part B
As a mobile outpatient service, we bill Medicare through Part B. This option allows us to offer quality occupational therapy services in the comfort of your own home. Our team will help you navigate the billing process to ensure you receive the maximum benefits available under Medicare Part B.
Medicare Advantage/Other Commercial Insurances
Services with Impact Therapy & Wellness are out of network with all insurances aside from Medicare. We are happy to provide necessary documentation for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. For this to happen, you will pay us our cash rate and get reimbursed through your insurance if you choose to submit the claim. Depending on your benefits, your insurance may reimburse us directly, in which you are only responsible for a co-pay.
